Brian A. Post’s experience includes over 20 years of project management, financial analysis, acquisitions, and divestitures (A&D), strategic planning, investments, business development, economic and community development, federal grant capture and development, and new venture start-ups in industries such as telecommunications, gaming and hospitality, media, oil and gas services, manufacturing, food and beverage, aerospace, and real estate.

Mr. Post helped start up the Advanced Technology Initiatives department within the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma’s Division of Strategic Development. Mr. Post was also an integral part of the team that led day-to-day activities within the FAA UASIPP and helped support the successful application to the FAA for the Choctaw Nation’s UASIPP.

Mr. Post now leads the business and corporate development activities for the department in the Choctaw Nation’s FAA BEYOND Program and led the team that won a $4,000,000 grant award from the Economic Development Administration and a $499,999 grant award from the USDA. Prior to the Strategic Development leadership role in Advanced Technology Initiatives, Mr. Post led and managed the Strategic Investments portfolio of approximately $90 million for Choctaw Global, a tribally owned LLC of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma as well as served on the board of directors for Castle Hill Gaming from 2017 to 2018.

Prior to managing the Strategic Investments portfolio at Choctaw Global, Mr. Post successfully managed Economic Development and several special projects for the Choctaw Nation including: 1) leading the team converting paper real estate records to digital GIS mapping files; 2) leading the team that rolled out the Choctaw Development Fund which invests in communities throughout Southeast Oklahoma; and 3) leading the team and efforts to get a $750,000 grant from the Economic Development Administration.

Prior to joining the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma in 2015, Mr. Post has held various roles over the years in several different organizations. He has personally led and closed ten Acquisitions and Divestitures valued at over $50 million; he was a vital team member in two business start-ups now valued at almost $1 billion, one of which went public in 2014 called Cypress Environmental Partners (NYSE: CELP); and has led many teams in post-acquisition integration projects, financial planning and analysis, new business systems integration and optimization, contract negotiations, and dispute resolutions.

Mr. Post has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver in Denver, CO and a Master of Business Administration degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK.
